DJ Jairzinho played his records, writers signed their books.

The Kotomisi Shop invited the audience to its livingroom of Surinamese cultures.

Visual artist Valerie van Leersum and composer Gerco Aerts allowed the audience to travel to Surinam, Morocco and Indonesia in their interactive installation.

On the Comet is an exciting 1970 adaptation of a novel by Jules Vernes, by the Czech director Zeman, on a 19th century rich French lieutenant in an African country, a girl who saves him from drowning, slave traders who plot against French rule. They are all sucked away by a foreign planet. A topical satire on random acts of violence in our society. English subtitles.
