Rabasa

Rabasa's music is deeply rooted in the Cape Verdian musical traditions, but undeniably has a sound of its own. The multiculti quartet consists of the following members: the four brothers Ortet (João, Jorge, Tó and Angelito), Terezinha Fernandes, Paulo Bouwman (all Cape Verdian), Hans de Lange (Netherlands), trumpet player Kabiné Tagus Traoré (Guinea Conakry), who used to play with Salif Keita in the legendary Malinese group Les Ambassadeurs.
