(The Netherlands, 1974) is a poet, writer, actor and director. He made his poetry debut in 2000 with 27 gedichten & Geen lied (27 Poems & No Song). Nasr acts in films and TV series and is a member of the International Theatre Amsterdam ensemble. His stage and screen roles have been awarded multiple times. He also writes theatre pieces, columns, essays and opinon pieces. From 2009 to 2013 he was the Dutch Poet Laureate. In his essay collection De fundamenten (The Fundamentals, 2021), he assesses a corona pandemic-struck nation; Nasr compacter (2021) gathers the best of his poems from a two-decade career. In 2023 he created a series for Dutch TV about objects from his own collections, Dr Nasrs Wunderkammer (Dr. Nasr's Chamber of Wonders).

(Rinsumageest, 1974) made his debut in 2000 with Frisian volume of poetry De wizers yn it read (The Needles in the Red). In 2008 a bilingual anthology appeared of his Frisian poetry, De Berte fan it swarte hynder (The Birth of the Black Horse). Bruinja translated the poems himself, and in many instances revised them. In this volume he evokes his youth in the Frisian countryside, whereby the illness and death of his mother plays a prominent role. Bruinja edited various anthologies, among others Droom in blauwe regenjas (Dream in a Blue Raincoat; 2004), a compilation of Frisian poems, Klotengedichten (Bollocks Poems; 2005, poetry about the scrotum) and Kutgedichten (Cunt Poems; 2005, on the female genitals). In 2007 the volume Bang voor de bal (Fear of the Ball) appeared. Tsead Bruinja wrote poetry reviews for newspapers, magazines, and radio. He combines his poetry readings with live music, such as flamenco, trance and hiphop and frequently interviews other poets before an audience.

(1973) lives and works in Amsterdam. He was cofounder of the literary punkrockmagazine Zeroxat and editor of and writer for the cultural magazine for young people Simpel. A large number of his poems appeared in Passionate, De Tweede Ronde, De Brakke Hond, Nymph, De Academische Boekengids, Krakatau and The Polranny Times. In 2006 his debut Toendra (Tundra) appeared, which was awarded the C. Buddingh' prize.

(Wageningen, 1970) is a poet, translator and freelance journalist. She did American studies in the Netherlands and the US. She translated American poetry of among others Joel Brouwer. In 2002 she translated Permanent War and Permanent Peace, a collection of essays by Gore Vidal. Her volume of poetry Anders komen de wolven (Or Else the Wolves Will Come) appeared in April 2006. Earlier her poetry appeared in Awater, Parmentier, Bunker Hill and Hollands Maandblad.
