Precious Alvares

is an all-round dancer and dance teacher specialising in African modern street-style dance. She grew up dancing in Touchée Dance Company, her parents' dance school in Utrecht. She performs, teaches, trains talented young people in Afrodance, and choreographs for artists and TV shows. Since 2016, she has been successfully building her community World of Afro, a dynamic platform focused on the diversity of modern African dance styles. In 2022, she won the Dutch Red Bull Dance Your Style competition.
