(Groningen, 1981) studied autonomous art at the art academies of Arnhem and Enschede and image and language at the art academy of Amsterdam. She writes and draws and publishes and exhibits regularly. Her stories appeared in, among others, Hollands Maandblad, which granted her a scholarship. Nina Roos has been praised for the way in which she succeeds in faultlessly exposing the subdued discomforts of her characters.
