Joy Reiph-Arnell

is head of the Women's Desk of the Government of Sint Maarten. She is the co-host of the radio talkshow "Conversations", advisor to the Conscious Lyrics Foundation and former interimhead of the Department of Culture. She is an amateurartist in dance and drama.
