Mojdeh Feili

(1989) is a writer, editor, book reviewer and programme maker. She writes for Het Parool, Oneworld, Storytel, Dipsaus and Lilith Magazine. In 2021, her story Zeemeermens was published in the collection Damn Horny and in 2020, her story Eindelijk als Alice was published in the collection De goede immigrant. She studied ‘English Literature in a Visual Culture’, specialising in American literature from around the second feminist wave and the sexual revolution. Mojdeh creates programmes for, among others, the Writers Unlimited International Literature Festival The Hague.

Heleen Debruyne

(1988) studied history and journalism. She works at Radio Klara and writes about art and culture for, among others, deBuren. She also explores corporeality in Vuile Lakens, a podcast about sex and the body that she co-hosts with Anaïs Van Ertvelde. De plantrekkers is her debut novel, published in the spring of 2016. That same year, the book Vuile lakens. Een hedendaagse visie op seksualiteit was released, in which she and Anaïs Van Ertvelde expose the illusion of “sexual freedom.” In 2021, De huisvriend appeared, a gripping, personal story about family secrets and their lingering effects. In October 2025, Aline will be published, a book that critically examines the traditional family and explores alternative forms of love.

Lizzy van Hees

is a freelance journalist and writer. She worked as an editor at KRO and RTL, and as editor-in-chief of Eva Jinek’s online platform. She also co-authored Eva Jinek’s books Droom groot and Droom groot 2. In her most recent book Single, Lizzy van Hees and Emma de Thouars explore the topics they discuss in their podcast Steeds meer singles, such as living alone, dating, solo travel, social norms, and single parenthood.
