Poetry visualised

The theme 'Word and Image' comes to life during the presentation of a series of sixteen animated films. These films were made during the last few years for our Rotterdam co-festival Geen Daden Maar Woorden (Deeds not words), and commissioned by 'Dichtvorm' in Utrecht. Poems from amongst others Menno Wigman, Serge van Duijnhoven, Ruben van Gogh, Mustafa Stitou and Hagar Peeters served as inspiration for some wonderful short films from filmmakers such as Sander Alt, Sjoerd van Culemborg, Juan de Graaf and Noga Zohar. The films will be shown on monitors in the foyer.
