Bibliotheek Ypenburg
Besloten voorstelling voor schoolklassen.
Children's book author Annet Schaap and musician Fredrike de Winter will give a (private) performance about Annet's book De meisjes: zeven sprookjes (The girls: seven fairy tales) for school children, in the morning from 10 to 11 am in Bibliotheek Ypenburg. The performance will last about 40 minutes, followed by an opportunity to chat with the children.
A sleeping beauty who never wakes up again, a frog who never becomes a prince, a girl who is a monster: Annet Schaap adapted seven well-known fairy tales, five by the Grimm brothers and two by Charles Perrault, into surprising stories about seven girls, all with their own dreams and desires, girls who are no longer fairy tale characters but real people.
