Winternachten 2000

was the central theme of Winternachtens fitfth edition. The programme consisted of talks with writers from Surinam, the Dutch West Indies, Indonesia, South Africa, the Netherlands and - on this special occasion - the Arab world. In addition there was a programme of film, music, theatre and poetry in performance.
